1. Refunds

- Gift cards or downloadable products.

Refund Process:

- Upon approval, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds may take up to 2 business days to process, but please note that your payment provider’s policies may affect the timing of the refund.
2. Exchanges

Eligibility for Exchange: You may request an exchange if:
- The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- The size or color of the product does not meet your preferences.

- Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products.
- Items purchased during clearance sales, promotions, or final sale.

Exchange Process:

- Once we confirm the eligibility of the exchange, you will be asked to return the item in its original condition and packaging.
- If the requested exchange item is available, we will ship the new item to you once we receive the returned item. If the item is out of stock, a refund will be processed instead.
3. Return Process for Refunds and Exchanges

Return Eligibility: To return an item for a refund or exchange, it must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags, labels, or packaging intact.
- The return must be requested within 7 days from the delivery date.
- You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.

Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure your items are safely returned to us.

- Once we receive your returned item, it will be processed within 7 business days.
- You will be notified by email once the refund or exchange has been approved and processed.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order with details and pictures of the damage.
- We will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged or defective products and will either provide a refund or replacement at no additional charge.
