Shipping & Returns

Shipping/Membership Policy: Since each product is made to order, please allow 7-10 business days for us to handcraft and ship your piece. 

Cancellation Policy: If the order is cancelled before dispatch of the order, full refund will be given. If the order is dispatched, we won't be able to cancel the order.

Return Policy: We will accept the return within 7 days of receipt of the product by the customer only if the product has any manufacturing defect. 

• If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please write to us with your order no. After we confirm a return on email, you can send it back to us. Once received, we’ll start the refund process.
• As we do not have our own delivery service, we rely on delivery partners like BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, etc
  
• In case of a return on an order, the amount will be credited back into customer’s store wallet.
• We do not provide refund on any products sold. Once an item is sold, it can only be exchanged as a replacement in a bigger or a smaller size or a different product available on the website (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met). 
• Returns are only accepted with products in original form 
• Exchange can only be done within 7 days after the date of delivery
• Only products which are unused, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging are eligible for exchange.
• Kindly mention your name, address, number, email and order id on the parcel while sending your return package. 
• We grant you a period of 7 days from the day the order was delivered by the delivery executive. In case you return the goods within the contractual term of the right of withdrawal, you will only be reimbursed with the amount paid for said products. Delivery charges will not be reimbursed after the goods returned. The amount will be credited back into customer’s store wallet.
