Shipping & Returns

Shipping/Membership Policy : We will ship within 48 hours and deliver within 4-7 days of shipping the order.

Cancellation Policy: If the order is cancelled before dispatch of the order, full refund will be given. If the order is dispatched, the courier charges will be deducted from the Payment made.

Return Policy: We will accept the return within 7 days of receipt of the product by the customer. if the product has any manufacturing defect. 

Refund Policy: Money will be refunded for any return as per the return policy after deducting the courier charges. Money will be refunded in your skream wallet within 24-48 hours of initiating the refund.

• If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please write to us with your order no. After we confirm a return on email, you can send it back to us. Once received, we’ll start the refund process.
• As we do not have our own delivery service we rely on delivery partners like BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, etc
  In case of an exchange; the delivery partner charges us for reverse pickup from the customer location and then additional delivery charges for delivering new product again to the customer location, As these charges are two-way; we request our customers to pay for one way charge i.e ₹199.
• If an order placed during a sale is returned to us, only the amount paid by you will be refunded, not the current product price.
• In case of a return on an order, the amount will be credited back into customer’s store wallet.
• We do not provide refund on any products sold. Once an item is sold, it can only be exchanged as a replacement in a bigger or a smaller size or a different product available on the website (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met). 
• Returns are only accepted with tags attached to the product.
• Exchange can only be done within 7 days after the date of delivery
• Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging are eligible for exchange.
• Kindly mention your name, address, number, email and order id on the parcel while sending your return package. 
• We grant you a period of 7 days from the day the order was delivered by the delivery executive. In case you return the goods within the contractual term of the right of withdrawal, you will only be reimbursed with the amount paid for said products. Delivery charges will not be reimbursed after the goods returned. The amount will be credited back into customer’s store wallet.
