Meet Our Co-Founder

Hi, I’m Raman, and I’m thrilled to be Vidhi’s mother and co-founder of Alankaar.
Our story is a vibrant tapestry of art, family, and dreams. My passion for design
began with teaching art classes and eventually blossomed into a boutique I’ve
cherished for 25 years.

When Vidhi decided to join me in growing Alankaar, I was excited but a bit anxious
about her moving to Dubai after her marriage. I feared we might lose touch with
the business. But Vidhi’s enthusiasm and dedication turned those worries into joy.
She took the helm of our Dubai operations, while I handle everything from India.
Collaborating with my daughter in this creative venture has been a dream come
true.

We share a deep love for design, and seeing her thrive and succeed brings me
immense pride. It’s been a wonderful adventure to blend our family bond with our
creative passion, and I couldn’t be happier working side by side with her.
